We strive to provide you with great products at fair prices and delivered on time. In order to maintain the level of service we aim for, we have guidelines in place that help us to maintain our cost and keep our prices competitive.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee.

 

Once the handling process is completed, if you provided your email address to us, you will  receive an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned.

 

Freight & Shipping Charge Policy:  Most items ordered from Norsland Lefse are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.  Once shipped, the majority of our products are delivered in 2 days.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional shipping surcharge.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is one of the most highly rated today. Norsland Lefse has a money back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact customer service via phone or email. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been shipped.
